Brunch at Amara is a slow, sun-warmed ritual,  where California’s vibrant bounty meets the soulful rhythms of the Mediterranean. It’s a table filled with spice-laced memories and sun-soaked generosity.

  • The Shakshuka with poached eggs simmers in North African spices rich with tomato and eggplant.
  • The Khobz Ma’araf, our Moroccan lamb toast is layered with smoked pepper and wild arugula, served on hearth-grilled sourdough.
  • Thousand Hole Pancakes arrive warm, kissed with roasted strawberry and sumac.

Each dish is a quiet celebration of the lands that inspire us -  cumin, harissa, citrus, mint - ingredients chosen with intention, prepared with care.

Pair it all with our morning aperitifs - a Campari spritz brightened with fluffy pineapple, an Arabic coffee cocktail with pomegranate and cardamom, or one of our zero-proof sips, crafted with the same care.

Our wine list travels the sunlit coasts of the Mediterranean from Sardinian Vermentino to Turkish rosé and Provençal blends, each glass a page in a story that stretches from coastal France to southern Spain, Morocco to Lebanon.
